Histology Equipment Service
Service and repair is handled on an “as needed” or “contract” basis depending on your needs and policies. We will most often respond within hours of you placing your request and our response time rarely exceeds 24 hours. We inventory a variety of parts and supplies and do our best to stay ahead of need. Our effort is to respond quickly and return your instrument to working order in the least possible time to minimize your down time. Our service is guaranteed.
If you are interested in reviewing our service contract, please download our contract and review it. Then, give us a call. We’ll answer any questions and send you a quote.
